TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GYNAGUARD COMPETITION TO BE RUN IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA ONLY

Introduction

1.1 Participation in this Competition is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”).
1.2 Participants are encouraged to review the Rules before entering into the Competition and acknowledge that they have been given an appropriate opportunity to do so and that they understand and accept these Rules.
1.3 This competition is operated by Adcock Ingram Healthcare (South Africa) (Proprietary) Limited (“Adcock”).
1.4 Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by them.

Eligibility

This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa. A valid South African ID or passport may be required.
The following persons are not eligible to participate:
2.1 Directors, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, and consultants of the Promoters.
2.2 Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother,sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.
2.3 Persons who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
2.4 Persons under the age of 18 years.

Competition Period

The competition will commence on 1 June 2026 and will end on 30 August 2026. No entries received after 23:59 on 30 August 2026 will be considered. Participants may enter multiple times; however:

• Only one entry per purchase is permitted
• Each entry must be supported by a valid purchase receipt

Entry Mechanics

4.1 Purchase any GynaGuard Intimate wash.
4.2 WhatsApp “Hi” to 071 529 8497 (the competition line).
4.3 Enter the competition by uploading a clear photo of your purchase receipt via WhatsApp and tell us what “Free to Just Be” means to you.
4.4 Each valid purchase receipt equals one entry. Participants may enter as many times as they wish, provided each entry is linked to a separate purchase.
4.5 Winner Selection:
• Weekly winners will be selected by means of random weekly draws conducted
throughout the Competition Period.
• Each weekly draw will be conducted in accordance with all applicable legal requirements
and overseen by an independent auditor or appointed representative where required.
• Weekly winners will be notified telephonically.

Prizes

There will only be weekly prizes awarded during the Competition Period.
• Entrants stand a chance to win a share of R250,000 worth of prizes.
• Weekly winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the applicable weekly draw date.
• All valid entrants will automatically be eligible for the weekly draws.
• Weekly prizes may vary and are subject to availability.

How to Claim Your Prize

6.1 Each weekly winner will be contacted and a prize handover date or delivery arrangement will be communicated.

6.2 Should a weekly winner fail to respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible winner.

Promotional Material and Marketing Activities

7.1 The Promoters may require the winners (at no fee) to be identified, photographed and the photograph or related article published in printed media, or to appear on radio and television, when accepting their prizes and/or after receiving their prize.
7.2 Should this become necessary, the winners may be required to sign a letter of consent, and the Promoters shall have the right to use any photographs of any of the winners in perpetuity.
7.3 The winners have the right to decline the invitation to use their image in marketing material or to participate in any marketing activity.

7.4 By entering the competition, each participant grantsthe Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty- free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast, adapt, and distribute any photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other content submitted during the campaign.
7.5 Participants acknowledge thatsuch content may be edited or adapted at the Promoter’s discretion and may be used without further notice or compensation.
7.6 Participants waive any rights of approval or inspection over the final use of such content.

General

8.1 The Promoters’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.2 The Promoters may require each winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to ensure compliance with these Rules.
8.3 Should any winner be found, in the Promoters’ sole discretion, not to be eligible or to have acted fraudulently, they will be disqualified and/or the prize will be forfeited.
8.4 The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted.
8.5 The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with any other prize of comparable or greater value.
8.6 The Promoters reserve the right to change or extend the Competition period or draw dates.

8.7 By entering, participants consent to the sharing of personal information with the Promoters and their agents for purposes of administering the Competition.
8.8 Personal data will be processed in accordance with South African data protection legislation and Adcock’s privacy policy.
8.9 Participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns but may decline.
8.10 Nothing in these Rules is intended to limit any rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
8.11 Participants enter at their own risk and indemnify the Promoters against any loss or
damage, except in cases of gross negligence.
8.12 The Promoters are not responsible for any loss, injury, or inability to use the prize.
8.13 The Promoters are not responsible for any misrepresentation regarding the prize.
8.14 The Promoters reserve the right to terminate or extend the Competition at any time.
8.15 Participants agree to comply with all requirements necessary for the Promoters to fulfil obligations under the CPA.
8.16 The Promoters reserve the right to amend these Rules at any time.
8.17 These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
